INVESTING in our COMMUNITY
THE GRANTS PROGRAMME
HIWCF is committed to increasing the amount of charitable funding that is available, and accessible, to voluntary organisations and community groups active in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The funds that we manage are only available to voluntary and community groups that are working locally.

Some of our individual funds may be restricted to supporting specific issues or geographical areas. Our application process is designed to be as simple as possible and therefore there is only one form to complete and we will match your application to a suitable fund or funds to put forward for consideration.
There are some things that we are unable to support from any fund such as:
- Grants to Individuals
- Statutory bodies
- Activities which replace or support statutory services or where equipment will actually or in effect become the property of a statutory body.
- Religious activities. We can however fund faith based groups to deliver community activities that are not used primarily to promote religious beliefs.
- Political organisations or other groups delivering politically motivated activities.
- Projects dealing with animals.
If you would like to apply to HIWCF for a grant please take a look at ‘WHAT WE FUND' where you will find examples of what we can currently support. You do not need to select the fund or the field of interest which fits your organisation or application, we will do that for you.
You will need to register your organisations details to access the Application form. The guidance notes will take you through each question in turn to help you complete the form. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact Marc Jones, our Grants Manager by email to info@hantscf.org.uk
